Both our quarry and concrete operations in the Pilbara experienced unprecedented growth during the mining construction boom over the last decade and are preparing for another period of strong activity. Mount Regal is an important site to the Ngarluma people. Maari Jaardi extends over the entire Mount Regal Range and is associated with the journey of the Warlu, a mythical creation serpent that shaped many of the landscape features of the region including hills, ranges and rivers. At Mount Regal Warlu rose from underneath the ground and travelled the length of the Mount Regal Range before diving into the earth to create the Marri Yinda (Miaree Pool).
